I have been a freelance designer for the last 16 years working for such companies as The Jim Henson Company, The Tussauds Design Group (producing work for Alton Towers, Chessington, Warwick Castle, Puorto Aventura, Thorp Park & Madame Tussauds). And many other prop & design companies producing a wide range of work using traditional methods, ie pen, paper & hand tools etc.

And it became apparent about 6 years ago that I need to embrace this new fangled computer-ma-bob thingy or become obsolete.

Luckily, my employers were patient & allowed me to learn software such as photoshop & AutoCad 2000 on the job. Then I bought my Wacom tablet & Painter 7. And about three years ago a friend introduced me to the world of 3DSMax & Maya and the new world of cg animation, which I have been teaching myself in my free time. A long lost passion now brightly re-kindled.....now I'm hooked & kicking myself for taking so long to get going!

Nevertheless, I have joined up fully to this increadible web site to get as much feedback as I can cope with, from some of the most exciting artists I have ever had the pleasure to view, as I begin my new creative life in CG.

Thank you & cheers!
